Also, supported logistics for the riding and climbing clubs • Managed and taught a cohort of 20 students on several 4-day trips to Barcelona, Madrid and Seville, immersing students in the culture and modern language usage, while also managing discipline and logistics • Managed and taught a group of students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) on several trips outside the school site. Using Formative and Interactive Teaching Methods • Created novel group learning songs and games, such as snakes and ladders, to improve student vocabulary and grammar in an interactive and fun way that enabled the children to support each other’s learning • Introduced formative assessment of vocabulary in weekly classes via computer-based tests, followed up with discussion of the correct answers using contextual examples on the interactive Whiteboard
