With over 25 years in teaching and translation, I have held roles such as a Russian language teacher at ACADOMIA and a training expert at AFPA. These positions allowed me to develop strong skills in coordinating training programs, managing budgets, and leading teams. Additionally, I have extensive experience in interpretation and translation, assisting migrants and asylum seekers with their administrative procedures at the Office of Immigration and Integration.
As the educational manager of the Immigration Department at OFII, I managed a team of 12 people, recruited and integrated new members, and set performance goals. My role as a coordinator of Russian and FLE programs in an educational institution in Russia enabled me to develop effective teaching strategies and ensure students' preparation for the Baccalaureate.
