Hello, my name is Ardia. I am an Indonesian language native speaker. I graduated from Indonesian linguistic and literature study program. I had chosen a major to teach Indonesian language for foreigners.
Yogyakarta State University, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Indonesian language and literature study program.
Previously, I have taught Indonesian language to foreign students (Darmasiswa Scholarship Awardee) in Bali, 2019. I was teaching them at B2 level of Indonesian language courses.
I have been starting my class with a quiz as an evaluation, which relates the last lesson. I believe this method is one of reliable method to recall the memory. Right before I start the topic, I will give pictures along with Indonesian verb phrase or noun phrase. I usually gave instruction to read the phrase and guess the meaning of the phrase depend on its shown picture. I provide four components of the lesson. Those are reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
I am flexible and can easily adapt to learner availability schedule.
