I’m a native Mandarin speaker originally from Beijing, China. I grew up in China and began my university studies in the Netherlands before transferring to a university in Southern Illinois, USA, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Business. In 2018, I moved to Canada for a new job opportunity. With my diverse international background, I bring a unique perspective to language learning and I’m excited to share my tips and experiences with you.

I have experience tutoring Chinese to students at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in managerial roles at various higher education institutions, where I’ve used both Mandarin and English in my daily communication. This bilingual professional experience enables me to better support your language learning needs. The institutions I’ve worked at include Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, the University of Pittsburgh, St. Lawrence College, Ontario Tech University, and Toronto Metropolitan University.
