1. WhiteHat Jr- Θ Teaching students from, The USA and INDIA. Θ Enhancing Students Learning of coding and math With the help of a well-established curriculum, the internet, Creative visual aids, digital projects, and activities. Θ One-on-one sessions with students and conducting feedback sessions with parents to discuss students’ strengths and weaknesses for their development. Θ Creating an individual report of performance and behavior for students after every few classes. Θ Attending the regular meetings for self-learning enhancement and preparing to cater to students' best in the class.
2.Trainer • Technical Trainer • Bosch, Nap With Teamlease Θ I started my journey at Bosch Nap with Teamlease which was a vendor company. Here I got appointed as Technical Trainer. Θ I used to handle a batch of 20-30 adult students. Also had 2 students from Germany, who came to the company under Training Exchange Program from Bosch, Germany. English Communications and Employability skills were my main subjects. Sometimes also helped my colleagues as a substitute if needed. Θ Activity planning, Practical production, lesson planning, Timetable preparation, monitoring students in the workshop etc were the main tasks.
3.Professor • Teaching • Sandip University Sandip Polytechnic Θ When I stepped in, I was handling a class of 50-60 adult students. I taught English Communications and Power Engineering. Θ Arranging activities, such as presentation, debate, group discussion, dare to speak, etc. To motivate the students and focused to make them active learners throughout the session. Θ Collaborating with other teachers, to perform activities in a big hall. I was surprised when students themselves created a play on Teachers day for all the teachers. Θ I learned so much while I was here, such as Preparing a good lesson plan with help of senior teachers. Preparing exam questions, deciding on sitting arrangements, and how to make the students sit in class in the discipline. It helped me to become a good teacher.
Firstly it's important to me to get to know the students and their goals and desires. I will check what level the student is and how can we project towards the target. The lesson plan will be totally based on the discussions in the first class. The content of the next lesson will be decided in the same class.
I believe language learning is also about practicing the same. Short homework will be given at the end of every class. Students need to produce the same in the upcoming class. The grading system will be organized to keep students on track and to create the urge to perform well.
For students who are preparing for TOFEL, IELTS, or any competitive examinations. The speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills will be examined and then the lesson plan would be decided for the students.
Classes will be personalized as per students' requirements and needs.
Monday to Friday - 7 am to 10 am and 10 pm to 12 am. (IST) Timing can be flexible.
We can conduct an online room for the class. We could use Zoom or Skype.
