I have tutored young adults to more mature adults in hospitality English. I am extremely passionate about empowerment, specifically with the more mature generation that never had an opportunity to better themselves. I understand and respect the emotional factors and fears of learning at a more advanced age.
During my extensive studies while doing my TELF courses and all the Lesson Plans we had to submit, I personally identify with the PPP method. I do feel that as a tutor one must be flexible in your teaching style and adapt to the individual needs as they arise. Personal growth and continuous learning will expand my knowledge and keep me abreast of new or even more effective teaching methods.
