I am a graduate of Associates in Computer Science. I worked as a call center agent for three years. My duties is to provide information to the customer and educate them on what they are going to do. Just like teaching. I have provided what was my clients needed by giving them instructions and answering their questions.
I am a graduate of Computer Science at North Negros College last 2004. I worked for Tele Tech for two and half year as Customer Service Representative and other six months at Convergys Philippines Bacolod as Technical Support Representative. I do multi tasking and troubleshooting. I have TEFL Certificate. I have undergone training to improve my vocabulary ang grammar and pronunciation.
Being in a call center industry for three years, I can say that it is similar of being a teacher. I have encountered a lot of different types of people, their culture and traditions. I can manage every call with calm and patience, no matter how irate or angry my customer ease. At the end of the day I'm victorious.
Because teaching is my passion. I will use powerful words to make students listen to me. Positive thoughts. Sometimes I will use props or I will even sing and dance for them.I will use colorful toys and maps or even numbers at my back to catch their attention well.
I'm available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. I can also work on holidays.
