I have been trying to learn Farsi for many years with different teachers. It was not until I started lessons with Gita that I made any progress. I have been studying with her for almost one year now, and the improvement to my Farsi is truly incredible and way beyond what I had even hoped for. Gita is an excellent teacher, she explains grammar in an easy and logical manner so that it all begins to come together. She is patient, intelligent and very kind. I truly cannot recommend her enough for Farsi classes. I have tried many different teachers over the years and Gita is by far the best on every count. You will not be disappointed, I very much look forward to our lessons. Gita has mastered how to take a student through the logical progressions of grammar so very well. Enjoy your classes with her! Four months ago I was a total beginner, struggling to learn Farsi by using online software and a Persian Grammar textbook. I have made incredible progress since then because of Gita's help and expertise. She knows how to teach effectively for learners with any background and at any age. She has explained Farsi's grammar to me in a way that makes it easy for me to figure out sentences. She has encouraged me to listen to News in Farsi to test my ability to pick out words. Sometimes I ask her to translate sentences for me, and sometimes she gives me sentences to work on. And as well as learning what I want to learn quickly and easily, she has made the experience fun!! Gita has been my tutor for a while now and she has made the process of learning Farsi fun and easy. A wonderful person and adaptable teacher, I highly recommend Gita to anybody who wants to start learning at any age. It has been a pleasure being her student!
