Mandarin native speaker and experienced Mandarin tutor for 3 years (mostly taught people from the US and Canada)
I'm a current full-time student at McGill University, and I'm fluent in English. I was in an international high school where courses were taught only in English. I got a 8.5 in my IELTS exam in Grade 11, so I have no problem speaking and teaching in English. My mandarin level is very high because I'm a native speaker as well as a language-learning enthusiast.
I used to teach foreign teachers mandarin for 3 years. I've helped 5 teachers of different levels to learn or perfect their mandarin skills.
I like to take a casual and fun approach towards teaching mandarin. I can accommodate with different students' needs well and provide different kinds of lessons exclusively for them. I use various teaching tools as well as resources to make my classes interesting and useful.
