I try to use a direct method of teaching when it comes to beginners(due to modern computer technologies it's extremely easy to do). As more conversation as possible is needed to be applied on the lesson. Language is learnt by speaking as for me. Also, I try to use audio-,visual- and kinesthetic -types of exercises when it comes to groups because every person learns in a different way.
