Hi~ My name is Christy. I'm from China.l used to live in Beijing and l worked at a television. Now I live in Montreal. I have been studying Early Childhood Education for 2 years at Canada College. Now I'm an educator, working with kids every day. I love music, art, and cultures from different countries. I also love helping people. I used to live in Beijing, I have a lot of rich work experience, such as Producing, marketing, planning exhibitions, and organizing events. Now I come to Canada to start a new life, I think I can use my mother tongue advantage to help people who like Chinese. For now, as an educator, one of my main roles is to motivate my learners to develop their ability and aspiration to learn. As such, it is my pleasure to guide new Chinese language learners to discover the culture of Chinese.
I will teach in a flexible, lively, and interesting way:
- movies, TV shows, books, and videos to teach - illustrated - situational dialogue practice
- Monday, Friday, and Saturday, I can work at 10a.m -11 a.m.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I can work after 8 pm
- Sunday off.
* My work schedule is flexible and can be easily adjusted according to the student's schedule.
I live in Montreal, and I personally prefer to go to public places to communicate, such as the library, or the coffee shop. Of course, online teaching is also more convenient.
