Hi I am Yun from Seoul South Korea. I am native Korean speaker and I teach Korean to people interested in the language. I teach not only Korean but also Korean culture by presenting K pop, TV shows, movies, food and etiquette. Learning a new language should be fun and I prepare learning materials in response to individual's level and interest. I am a national certified secondary school English teacher specializing in Education for my BA and MA. I have 4 years of English teaching experience in Seoul and I enjoy teaching. Currently I am writing "Learning Korean for Beginner" book and now I teach Korean to those who want to learn Korean! I am developing Learning Korean contents and will tailor the contents based on students' learning needs. Also I published my first English version book "Popular Korean Folktales" on amazon.com. I have my master degree at University of Texas at Austin in USA last year specializing in Educational Administration and Statistics. I am a National certified secondary English teacher in Seoul, South Korea. I majored in English and Education at Konkuk University Seoul, South Korea.
I taught English to middle school students in Korea for 4 years. I have National secondary school teaching certificate so I became a public school English teacher when I graduated. I taught at Kwangyang public middle school students English for three years and I taught English, Korean, science, social studies to unprivileged students as an appointed mentor by Kangdong district education ministry for a year. Now I teach Korean to those who want to learn Korean. I enjoy teaching! :)
All the materials will be developed and tailored by me. For Beginners: Can read, write, speak and understand Korean Alphabets called Hangeul. Focus on basic grammars and simple sentences. Understand how the Korean sentence structure works. For Intermediates: Can make negation, interrogation sentences. Understand past, present and future tenses and can converse in Korean with sentences including prepositions and conjunction. For Advanced: Learning materials will be tailored based on students' interests. Mainly focusing on communicative speaking skills.
