I am a passionate teacher from Moncton, New Brunswick. I love teaching and helping people to develop the skills they need to be successful.
I have a BA, BEd, and a TESL certificate.
Having taught over 20 years in different provinces of Canada and in countries around the world, I have had a wide range of experiences which are reflected in my pedagogical and interpersonal approach. I also teach beginner French and am learning Chinese. Knowing and learning different languages gives me an insight into language learning.
Learners need a teacher who provides them with what they need to move forward and cultivates an environment where they can comfortably practice and grow in their skills. My style includes both. I see what students need, use or make the material they need, and provide the environment with which to practice and use the new material.
I have some availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
