Received a fellowship from Pitzer to teach English in Thethi, Albania (2012). Taught Russian to English/Heritage speakers at an intensive immersion program run by Concordia College (2014).
Teaching Approach
As a result of the range in age and experience levels, I found that the most effective method for teaching was in utilizing TPR (Total Physical Response) as much as possible. The students enjoy it and it forces the educator to be as precise as possible.
