I usually use a lesson plan to keep me on point ! It's very helpful and keeps me focus on the topic ! I must develop a good relationship with my students and show I care about them ! Moreover, I must show honesty to them ! I must make it fun and interesting and not boring ! I must encourage them to ask question if they don't understand ! You must speak slow and clearly and use all types of methods that can help them to understand and repeat and repeat ! Also add games that are related to the topic !
