Robert was great and very professional, he showed up with course materials and audio files, which we got to keep. My husband and I had a two-hour long session with Robert and he was very patient with both of us. There was never a time where we felt uncomfortable, or embarrassed if/when we messed something up. It was a very easy and comfortable experience. His teachings were clearly conveyed and we definitely learned more in the two-hours we spent together then what Duolingo or another language app could have taught in weeks. I would highly recommend Robert.
