Hi there! My name is Maya. Nice to meet you. I have a lot of experience, my classes are motivating, inspiring and interactive. I am focused on student’s and studying pace. I am dedicated, friendly, helpful and open minded trying to implement the best teaching practises. How about practising together and reaching your goals!? Hope to see you soon in my class. My focus is on the development of four language competences: speaking, writing, reading and speaking. In order to accomplish this, I try to facilitate the learning process by engaging students through interactivity and implementing the knowledge gained using direct, concrete models where they need to deliver and apply different skills. Student is in the center of the learning process and classes are student-tailored.
I graduated from the University of Philology, English Studies, and was awarded a Diploma in Teaching Business English and Teaching English Online from the London Teacher Training College.
I have taught in many schools (Institute of Foreign Languages, St Nicholas School, and as a Freelancer for a number of different other language schools, both conducting classroom and on-line classes, to children and adults. My experience is more than 10 years long during which time I gained priceless skills in the facilitation of learning, while implementing the student-centered teaching model.
