I work as an ESL teacher online for almost 8 years now, and I am also a speaking coach for over 5 years now.
My usual approach in teaching is building first students' confidence because I always make sure my student is believing that he can do it. Without it whatever lesson a teacher provides to a student will be useless.
I am usually free after 7 pm Philippine time during weekdays, but I can easily adapt to the preferred schedule of the student.
