My name is Aimée Ayoub. I have been an English teacher for 20 years now. I have an M.A. in English Language and Literature and am currently a PhD candidate (writing my dissertation) in the same field. I have taught different levels and age categories of students at schools and universities. Beside my certificates and experience, I am hired for my expertise in teaching the language (especially SAT, TOEFL, IELTS... skills), my native-like American accent, and my passion for passing my knowledge to my students in various ways that inspire them to love the language. I am very creative in planning lessons and preparing exams, and I enjoy sharing ideas in a team for the general improvement of the institution. In addition, I work pretty well with technology and many of my colleagues seek my advice when it comes to programs, apps, and online teaching; in fact, my school chose me in September 2020 to train my colleagues in Zoom and Google Classroom.
My lessons are rooted in the basics of the English language and are tailor-made to suit the learning requirements of each individual student. I use various methods and approaches to target the final goal of the student, whether it is self-improvement or taking a language proficiency test.
