Hello! My name is Lissa, I'm a certified TESOL teacher and I've been teaching Spanish and English for 10 years now. I teach students young and adults. In my classes I love to help my students to feel comfortable and confident, for that I use different activities and techniques to help my students improve listening, speaking and reading.

On 2014 I graduated from a superior teachers training course and Pedagogy to teach English as a second language. (Diploma). On September 2014 I received my TESOL certification from Oxbow Language Institute. (Diploma).
2014 - 2024 English teacher/tutor (online company and on-site classrooms). English Language Instruction Since 2014-2024 I have been sharing my experience and knowledge teaching English and Spanish in online companies and on physical classrooms.
To help my student feel confident with speaking and listening skills I like to use repetition with new vocabulary, proper sense stress in Spanish and English words and multisensory spelling for a good pronunciation. Also, I love using picture flash cards and songs for grammar reinforcement. Last but not least lots of games are very important to include as a communicative language learning activity in my classes.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 am Thursdays and Fridays from 16:00 pm to 19:00 pm. Also I have flexibility on other days adaptable to the students.
