Dear Prospective Students, I have extensive experience working as a teacher trainer in Montessori for a number of schools in Indonesia, Singapore and Korea. My experience in operational planning and development, as well as the direct day-to-day academic and associated operations of a number of different schools in Asia is detailed below. I have administered fiscal, operational, and executive management, as appropriate in various institutions, including my own company Big Picture Schools, since December 1995.

I have been teaching online for the past 10 years and have recently completed over a year online service as an ESL instruction with a major company in China. Also note I have had nearly 20+ years teaching in environments where most students are English as a Second Language Learners so it gives me a distinct advantage of experience in real world teaching situations from very young learners all the way up to professional and Ph.D. students at the university level. Please consider the following: ▪ Responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of various academic programs since 1995 for schools with as many as 1000 students and 50 plus teachers. ▪ Responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of online electronic tests and paper based language assessments for institutions and schools in Korea, Singapore and Indonesia. ▪ University graduate Trent University B.A. in Politics and English; further distance education with Aston University from Birmingham England. Modules completed include Teacher Management, Course & Syllabus Design, Materials Assessment and Production, Distance Learning and a Foundation course covering Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. ▪ Completed a 2 year 400+ hour program from Seacoast Montessori NH, USA which is an accredited AMS / MACTE program. For Elementary I and Elementary II in Montessori education. ▪ Completed a 120+ hour online TEFL program. ▪ Completed a 50+ hour on site ESOL Examiner program with Cambridge English Language Assessment. ESOL Examiner for FCE, PET, KET and YLE exams. ▪ Completed the DERS training. The DERS is a classroom observation tool that measures environmental and behavioral qualities proven to support those outcomes for any  developmental educational model, not just for Montessori environments.
