I have three years work experience as a translator at Berlitz, and hold a Master's degree in Psychology from NYU. I'm also a Psi Chi member (International Honor Society in Psychology).

My professional background is in media, but i have just relocated to NYC, and I'm currently looking for part time employment. I'm a permanent US resident.
Professional Experience
Although I don't have extensive experience as a teacher per se, I believe that living as a foreigner in the United States and South America (I lived in Peru and Mexico) has given me first hand experience on how to go about mastering foreign languages. I think I'd be able to teach Italian with confidence and depth by combining knowledge of my mother tongue with the rules and structure that I have come to understand are so important to learn new languages quickly and reliably.
