We have two kids, both of whom have had tutors for various subjects over the years. Most have been pretty good but Susan has really stood out. She tutored one of our children in Japanese, at the grade 11 level, and it is the first time our daughter really "got it". Susan was patient, friendly, and very prompt. She seemed to do a great job evaluating where our daughter's skills were at and where the gaps were, then worked with her to strengthen the weaknesses. Very much appreciate her efforts!
