Hello! I am a Venezuelan native speaker with a university degree and more than fifteen years teaching English. I have extensive experience teaching English, especially to children and young people. On some occasions, I have also worked with adults. I teach this language through the natural method, association of sound with image ... I use dynamic, fun techniques that motivate the student to study and understand this language. The student develops the four skills necessary to master this language and communicate correctly.
I have a degree in Education with a specialization in the English language. I have no other specialization or more studies related to what I teach.
I have an extensive experience working in academies, institutions and high schools, including all grades.
I teach my students to develop the four skills through the natural (audiovisual) method. They learn to relate sound to image. I teach the vocabulary by correcting their pronunciation through both oral and written exercises, perfecting phonetics. I create lab exercises for listening and taking dictation. In this way, they exercise the written form. I encourage them to write short paragraphs and read them to correct their pronunciation and at the same time their writing. They create written dialogues that they act out. I also encourage them to listen to songs that help sharpen their listening skills. They read paragraphs silently and then orally, recording themselves to correct their pronunciation. Then they answer questions to verify reading comprehension. So they expand their vocabulary by talking about the topic. In this way, I motivate his spirit of search and self-development.
