I have been teaching for 13 years at college level and in private schools, as well as tutoring one - on - one and in small groups. For the last 2 years all of my classes have been online, teaching business people, government employees and private individuals and students to enhance their abilities in the English language. Many students prefer this as it is possible to arrange classes when it is convenient for the student.
I have taught English pronunciation, general English, English for the telephone, business English, English fluency, communication in English, and academic English.

Au cours des 2 dernières années, tous mes cours ont été dispensés en ligne, enseignant aux hommes d'affaires, aux employés du gouvernement, aux particuliers et aux étudiants à améliorer leurs compétences en langue anglaise. De nombreux étudiants préfèrent cela car il est possible d'organiser les cours quand cela leur convient.

My approach is partly organic and partly structured. I like to have an organized conversation period following a grammar point, in order to practice this point. I also like spending a part of the class in small talk with the student as this is a very important language skill. A combination of structure and free flowing reflects the realities of language and how the student will use it.

Mon approche est en partie organique et en partie structurée. J'aime avoir une période de conversation organisée suite à un point de grammaire, afin de pratiquer ce point. J'aime aussi passer une partie du cours à bavarder avec l'élève car c'est une compétence linguistique très importante. Une combinaison de structure et de fluidité reflète les réalités de la langue et la manière dont l'élève l'utilisera.

I live in Montreal and can also teach you if you are local and my transport time is reasonable.
Jennifer quickly responded to my request and created a lesson plan over a reasonable period of time that is perfectly suited to my needs.
