I use many different materials and methods with my students, making sure they achieve their goals: textbooks, handouts, audio and video course materials, literary books, movies, songs, etc.
The time and place for our lessons vary according to our current weekly schedules. It could be sometime in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on the day.
Nowadays I prefer to meet my students on Zoom for our lessons.
Renato is a great teacher! He’s engaging, helpful, very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning Brazilian Portuguese.
Truth be told, I should have written this review a LONG time ago. Renato is incredibly professional, and his teaching style is incredibly adaptive to the learner. I had the pleasure of studying with him only for 3 months last year and his dynamic approach to learning made the language of Portuguese much easier for me to retain. And this year, I had an opportunity to visit Rio de Janeiro and thankfully I was able to retain the Portuguese that I learned. My small knowledge of the language made it a much more enjoyable experience and I was able to use it to ask simple questions and order food. I would easily recommend him to anyone!
