I used mainly the Communicative Approach, but I include any tool that may suit my students' needs. Learning is best accomplished when enjoyed, so I keep my classroom atmosphere light with humor and by encouraging students participation. For me, one of the most important parts of teaching, advising and mentoring is caring. Students are real people who have their needs, interests, strengths, weaknesses, hopes and dreams. I am interested in helping them and this makes my teaching more effective
