I have BSc. in Geology and an Msc. in Petroleum exploration. I have a certification in tutoring online and translation.
I have been teaching online for more than 5 years now. I have experience teaching people from most part of the globe as they fall under the categories of beginner, intermediate and advanced. I have prepared students for exams with a success rate of above 90% and also helped students just wishing to communicate in French.
My teaching methods are very fun, and interactive, with several useful games, and quizzes to help students improve their language and gain confidence as they speak. I understand the importance of languages in our modern community and the difficulties which come when trying to learn a new language. Most people need a new language for working and schooling abroad, to communicate with their foreign partners, or just to blend in the social community and be able to share and crack jokes with others around us who speak different languages.
When dealing with kids, it's always very important to capture their attention throughout the lesson. Make them focus and anxious to learn with passion and most especially, enjoy the language they are learning. I play a lot with kids, using puppets, songs, and pictures to help them study the language in a very interesting way.
With adults, I teach in a conversational way and listen to them keenly, making sure I help them make correct sentences and also learn from the little mistakes that they may be making in their everyday speaking. I focus on Grammatical expressions, pronunciation, and vocabulary and enable you to learn some Idioms which could be very useful to enrich your language skills.
I also use the chatbox frequently to highlight or note some major points that we learn during the class, so my students can always review anytime after class.
With students preparing for exams, I give them past questions, mock tests, and useful tips on taking the exams desired. I track their progress and ensure that they keep improving each day in order to ace their exams.
I am flexible and can easily adapt to student's schedule. Generally I am available from Monday to Sunday.
My lessons take place on any audio-visual platform such as Skype, zoom, google meets, etc.
