I am a proficient English speaker with 5 years of ESL teaching experience.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education.
I taught English to Korean students (mostly kids and teenagers) and Chinese students (mostly adults) for five years.
My teaching methods varies depending on who the student is, but most of the time for kids, I try to engage them as much as possible to doing things I try to use the Total Physical Response (TPR)method. For teenagers, I usually try to relate their daily activities with the lesson and as much as I don't allow them to speak in their native tongue. For adults, especially the advanced and intermediate ones, I find it most effective to allow them to listen to the audio recordings of the native speakers conversations, this allows them to adapt and familiarize themselves with the intonation and accent. Communicative language teaching method is also applicable and very much helpful.
I am available from Mondays to Sundays from 5 am to 12 nn.
